Every other day I have a delicious bread coming out of my kitchen oven. Surprisingly, there are a lot of similarities to making sourdough bread and professional life. Making sourdough bread may seem very simple as it takes literally three ingredients only; flour, water & a bit of salt. The appearances are rather deceiving. The ingredients need mixing in the right volumes, right structures, at the right temperature and length of time. Just like it is in leading an organization and building business, It takes to build experience and feel to find the right mix of sales, marketing, people management, solutions & technology.
